I would finally like to make it without tamari. Great ideas!!!Eat Peace Pleasehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08754499534650636430noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22004436.post-1141132799387217902006-02-28T06:19:00.000-07:002006-02-28T06:19:00.000-07:00Hi, Leslie! I've never used the whole wheat kind before, and I like it a lot better. I think I'm giving away my other couscous!
I put very little dressing- I used fresh lemon juice, dijon mustard, agave nectar, salt, paprika and a little oil. It was so yummy! Hubby thought so, too.Flo @ Yielded Hearthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12605892450723387204noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22004436.post-1141111166919730612006-02-28T00:19:00.000-07:002006-02-28T00:19:00.000-07:00Miriam... I miss you too and I'm thinking of you and E (and Mr. Marathon Man).

I can't wait until E's around and you are making awesome foods for the FAMILY and everything will be happy. Let the "food whore" return!!!

I'm glad the couscous dilemna is solved too. My creativity has always been here (in fact, Im less now) but now I can show it off.Eat Peace Pleasehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08754499534650636430noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22004436.post-1141097587308117312006-02-27T20:33:00.000-07:002006-02-27T20:33:00.000-07:00You're just getting more and more creative. It's been an entire week since I created anything creative/fun/different. *sigh*Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22004436.post-1141081688908188802006-02-27T16:08:00.000-07:002006-02-27T16:08:00.000-07:00Oh, and by the way everyone... this was waaaay mor...Oh, and by the way everyone... this was waaaay more food than I can eat. I went couscous-happy and decided my eyes were more hungry than my tum. I have plenty of leftovers, plus I am small. I can eat a lot of ice cream and falafel though (you'd be suprised!)Eat Peace Pleasehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08754499534650636430noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22004436.post-1141081568108843662006-02-27T16:06:00.000-07:002006-02-27T16:06:00.000-07:00Jess... we could be great eating friends. I hate sending food back too, I usually do if they mess up way too much or have an animal-source in there.

Me... I didn't make my own bread. It's seduction bread from Whole Foods. I don't have a bread machine (or patience for one) and haven't used my oven in months. I love bakery breads, as I no longer buy anything else.

Harmonia... I'm looking forward to your couscous recipe. I always have it on hand, as it is quick and easy and great in emergency-hunger-situations.

Julie... pressure's on!!!

Dreena... Ice cream is totally better out of the carton! The cones were a nice change of pace, but I would rather just dig in. Around here it's nice because I have soy and Ray has dairy and I can eat out of the carton all I want!!!

Thanks for the comments people!Eat Peace Pleasehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08754499534650636430noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22004436.post-1141074393131689322006-02-27T14:06:00.000-07:002006-02-27T14:06:00.000-07:00Leslie, those treats look SO yummy!!! (as does the couscous meal)!

I also eat ice-cream straight from the container, just love to have my own pints I can take spoonfuls from whenever! Yum yum! Those cones are great, though, and we also buy the traditional ice-cream cones for our daughter and she loves them.Dreenahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16551890320761504899noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22004436.post-1141067064321855022006-02-27T12:04:00.000-07:002006-02-27T12:04:00.000-07:00WOW! I love hearing that. Yesterday we went out for brunch and I ordered a tofu scramble with spinach (no other veggies come with it, I've had it before) and I said "no green onions on top, please" as they do that..and what comes, a plate of tofu scramble with spinach and tons of onions. So many I had to send it back, and then they read the order..sad, I hate sending food back but hate hate hate onions.jess (of Get Sconed!)https://www.blogger.com/profile/03050850188031153281noreply@blogger.com
